Hoops Poster

hoopsweb

Here’s a poster I just finished up for a benefit event, Hoops for Healing. The guy organizing it wanted a retro vibe, he’s influenced by antics from the Harlem Globetrotters. The world doesn’t use enough Cooper Black type anymore. I miss that.

I had some new work to add, so I re-cut my animation reel. Added a silly intro and a silly ending. See it here.

Coming Soon

Perfect Duluth Day, a community blog based in … you guessed it .. Duluth, will be relaunching very soon. It’ll have a new look as well as a totally new structure, moving from Movable Type to Wordpress. This will be a little helpful house ad to link to the How-to page, because several people are already concerned about change.

Haven’t I seen you before?

So I was up at school for the kids’ holiday program, and I looked over at something hanging on the nurses door. It was this flyer I illustrated several months ago and kind of forgot about. It’s kind of a weird feeling.
You want to find the nearest person and say “Hey, I did that.”
